¨Functioning tumors
¨Is islet cell tumor which is insulinoma, 75%, and gastrinoma ,20%
¨It may contain Calcium , this is very important to differentiate between Calcium due to chronic pancreatitis and that due to functioning tumor or pancreatic carcinoma which does not show Calcium
¨It is small lesion , but it can be detected by intra-operative ultrasound
¨It shows intense homogenous enhancement in dynamic phase
