We have two types of craniopharyngeoma
Adamantinomatous type
-In children.
-Composed of solid, cystic parts with calcification.
-Shows marginal plus nodular enhancement of the solid part.
Squamous papillary type
-In adult.
-No calcium or cyst.
-More or less homogenous enhancement.
