Sella rule 5 : How to differentiate between supra-sellar adenoma and supra-sellar meningioma invading cavernous sinus

-Meningioma when invading cavernous sinus, it cause cuffing of the internal carotid artery, while in case of pituitary adenoma, it does not cause this.
