1-Congenitally wide fossa.
2-Meningioma.
3-Neurofibroma.
4-Metastases.

Large glomus jugulare tumor. Post contrast CT. Fisch type D tumor with large intracranial tumor and cavernous sinus extension, usually considered incapable of resection.
