Paranasal sinuses rule 4 :Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma

Juvenile angiofibroma (JNA) is a benign tumor that tends to bleed and occurs in the nasopharynx of prepubertal and adolescent males.


It is a highly vascular lesion extending through pharyngeal area to nasal one(part is in the pharynx and the other in the nose).
