Look to type of ring enhancement                        Look to shape of the lymph nodes


If it is irregular&nodular--Metastatic                           If it is bulky--Lymphoma

If it is regular&thin--Inflammatory                              If it is discrete--Sarcoid

In case of TB we can find also calcification
and muscle abscess.
